Paulcer Butcher Parsons

Paulcer Butcher Parsons (1823-1894) was my third great-grandfather. He was born July 7, 1823 in either Harrison County or Lewis County, Virginia (now West Virginia), the seventh of eight children born to Joseph P. Parsons (1783-1868) and Elizabeth Bush Parsons (1786-1867). At age 19, he was united in marriage to Statira Connolly (1825-1856), the daughter of Patrick Connolly (1802-1868) and Mary Stallman Connolly (1804-unknown).
